We are currently seeking Fire Protection Maintenance Contract Managers to oversee critical maintenance operations at one of our key customer sites in the Limburg Province

– Fire Protection Maintenance Contract Managers –

ROLE

As a Fire Protection Maintenance Contract Manager, you will manage all aspects of maintenance contracts on-site. Your responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Contract Manager and/or Maintenance Manager
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the buildings and systems under your care
• Acting as the main on-site contact for key personnel
• Coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring timely execution
• Managing technical access and site keys
• Providing access and support to technicians, contractors, and inspectors
• Offering on-site technical assistance when needed
• Reporting activities and updates to the Contract Manager

PROFIL

🎓 With a degree in Electromechanics, Engineering, or equivalent experience, you are reliable, well-organized, and able to respond quickly and professionally on-site.

👀 You are fluent in both English and French, and have strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems, including sprinkler and detection technologies.
